Shipping is provided at inidcated rates within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, please contact us to arrange shipping.
Shipping charges will be shown once you have entered the checkout process, but BEFORE you have entered any payment details.
All goods ordered will be shipped by the end of the next business day that payment is received. Our preference is that you have the goods delivered to an address which will have a contact to receive the goods.
Warranty:
Our guarantee is that the products will be working when you receive them, and fit for the purposes stated at the time of order.
If any failure occurs due to poor manfacturing or bad workmanship within 90 days of purchase, we will replace the faulty products with an equivalent product at our cost.
However, due the the nature of this sensitive electronic equipment, we are generally unable to provide extended warranty against loss or damage caused during normal operation the equipment, even in ordinary circumstances.
Like all data network and especially wireless equipment, these products are highly sensitive to fluctuations in power and outdoor electrical activity from power lines and lightning etc. Equipment that has failed due to causes other than a fault in the manufacture or pre-assembly is not included in the 90 day warranty.
Returns:
If any item received is faulty or does not perform to the indicated specifications, you may return item or items to us in original condition and with all original packaging for a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds do not include shipping costs, and return shipping is at your own expense.
Before returning any goods, please first contact us to provide an explanation for the problem, and to request a Return Authorisation.
